Sentiment Analysis of University Libraries during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to analyze the sentiments university library visitors during pandemic. Data collection techniques using web scraping a data scraper application. is taken from Google reviews as many 261 ten universities in Indonesia. analysis technique Vader method for sentiment and Ekman classification emotional sentiment. results show that visitor satisfaction quite high at Positive 80.8% dominated by joy much 71.6% compared other such negative, fear, sadness.
